Installed new release and FX not carrying forward employee data from 2020 anymore

If you select yes for carry forward this slip?, on T4details, the employee information carries forward from 2020 and 2021. This  seems to be working as expected.

2021 FX not carrying forward employee data from 2020

That did not work.  Online chat recommended re-install.  Took 1.25 hours to reload and now works.
