Great job with the troubleshooting so far and thanks for letting me know what you've tried in order to access your account. With the error you're describing, it sounds like your boss has you set up with the Workforce portal, where you can view your pay stubs and even your T4s when that time of the year rolls around. Since this is such a useful tool for both of you, I want to make sure you're able to access it.
In addition to what you've already tried, here are some additional troubleshooting steps to make sure that your browser or Internet aren't affecting the portal.
