Since your accountant is confident in their password and shows as Active on your users list, the system is likely confused by old login data. They may be using saved bookmarks or auto-fill links, as these often point to expired session IDs.

 

Therefore, I recommend having your accountant manually type the QuickBooks URL (qbo.intuit.com) when logging in to your account. If they have multiple firms associated with their email, ensure they select the correct firm identity.

 

I'd also suggest checking your QuickBooks users list and verifying the exact email address shown for that accountant's access.

 

If the issue persists after following these suggestions, request your accountant to log in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private window. Sometimes, due to small updates or session timeouts, your browser might be using old login data. Alternatively, they can use a supported, up-to-date browser.
