Welcome to the Community. Since you no longer have access to your phone number, you must verify your identity by submitting a photo of a valid ID or using your email address to recover your account.
Here's how:
- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- Select the Sign in & security menu.
- Select the User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone section.
- Make your changes.
- When you're done, select Save.
