Bank feed is updating the balance but not showing any transactions. Cleared cache Cleared history Re entered log in information Re started the computer Nothing works!

Chat support tells me to contact bank but my bank online account showing all transactions, bank has nothing to do with quickbooks feeds. Please help with this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. What you describe is a problem that can occur for bank feed connections from time to time in QuickBooks Online, so I want to make sure that this is properly addressed so it can get fixed up. I'm here to help you get back on track.

 

It's good to hear that you already connected with your bank to ensure there are no issues there and that you've taken troubleshooting steps with a member of our team, including clearing browser cache, reentering your login credentials for the bank, and restarting the computer. Other troubleshooting steps I recommend are clicking the Update button on the feed (it'll be closer to the upper right of the page) as well as trying that step and reentering login information in a private browser as well as another browser type. These steps help us ensure that there are no strange cache or browser issues causing the problem.

 

If those steps aren't working, however, our support team should take a closer look at this by reviewing our back end system for any errors and checking if we need to create an engineering ticket for the problem.
