Before importing data to QuickBooks Online (QBO), please ensure your file meets the required size limits.
You can only import spreadsheets with fewer than 1,000 rows. We recommend splitting your spreadsheet into smaller files and importing them separately.
If your dataset contains fewer than 1,000 rows and you’re still having trouble importing your spreadsheet, try refreshing your browser page to reload the program.
Alternatively, you can open a private or incognito window. This approach prevents your browser from saving data and may help resolve any temporary issues.
Consider switching to another up-to-date and supported browser, as this can enhance functionality.
