While Intuit Sign integrates seamlessly with Pro Tax, it currently doesn't have direct integration with QBO for obtaining client signatures, Pranay.

Please note that for compliance reasons, neither QBO nor the QBO mobile app stores customer signatures directly. Instead, Intuit retains all signatures in an internal database for two years.
