While Intuit Sign integrates seamlessly with Pro Tax, it currently doesn't have direct integration with QBO for obtaining client signatures, Pranay.
However, you can effectively capture client signatures using the QBO mobile app, which enables clients to sign estimates and invoices directly. For more information on how to use this feature, please refer to this article: Capture signatures using the QuickBooks Online app.
Please note that for compliance reasons, neither QBO nor the QBO mobile app stores customer signatures directly. Instead, Intuit retains all signatures in an internal database for two years.
