can't access any of our lists to be selected from drop menus on forms. the list are all still there but show as blank in all the forms when we try to enter transactions?

Lists include anything that there is a drop down selection for

To help narrow down why your dropdown lists are appearing blank on forms, let’s try opening your account in an incognito window or switching to a different browser. This can help rule out any issues caused by cached data, stored settings, or browser extensions.
