QuickBooks offers a versatile Banking module which helps you stay organized with your work. It's vital you're able to work with all your transactions so you can streamline your work and save time. Don't worry, I'll be happy to give you a hand from here.
Based on what you've described, I recommend manually updating your bank transactions by clicking Update from the Banking menu. If this doesn't bring up the latest transactions, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues.
