Welcome to Community! I can understand the concern, when your default invoice isn't opening. I would be glad to assist!
If you haven't done so already, I recommend opening the QuickBooks Tool Hub as an Admin user, and run Quick Fix my program.
If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community. It would be our pleasure to work with you in real time, and ensure you're able to show your default invoice as soon as possible!
In addition, please be careful when you notice phone numbers being posted to connect with QuickBooks Support. QuickBooks Support team members are easily recognizable, and contact information can be found here. If you notice suspicious activity, you can report it by selecting the three dots to the right of the post, then select "Report Inappropriate Content" from the dropdown menu.
