Disclaimer won't print unless box 49000 ticked yes

I am trying to print the standard disclaimer on the T1 but it doesn't print unless I tick yes to Was a fee charged? However, we don't charge a fee. Is there anyway around this?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

I sent this to product development for investigation.  In ProFile version 2020.4.0 targeted for the end of March 2021, the printing of the disclaimer(s) will not be tied to the answer to the " Fee charged" question.

I apologize for the inconvenience but hope this helps

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

There is not a setting in ProFile to have disclaimers print when the fee charged question is answered no

I apologize for the inconvenience

Interesting enough, I was just looking at Line 49000 in TaxCycle a few minutes ago.
In TaxCycle, Line 49000 is not based around the question of whether a fee was charged, but rather on WHO processed the return.  TaxCycle's option are:  1) Preparer,  2) Client  3) Discounted
(No mention of fees).  I was going to select option 2 (no fee charged based on my prior use in Profile), but am instead keeping at as option 1 since the client did not prepare the return.  Instead, I'm simply preparing an $0.00 invoice documenting that I filed a return for no charge.
