Does anyone have trouble with their bank account linking to their self employed intuit account? From May onward they don't link and have to be manually entered.

My bank transactions only show up for the first few months of the year and then stop. It seems connected to when I submit my taxes??

Does anyone have trouble with their bank account linking to their self employed intuit account? From May onward they don't link and have to be manually entered.

When the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed is interrupted, the Transactions page will stop downloading bank transactions, Jaime.

 

These interruptions can include scenarios such as maintenance on the bank's website or QuickBooks Self-Employed, unstable internet connection, or bank errors. Here's how we can manually reconnect your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon (Profile) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to Manage accounts.
  3. Press the Refresh all button.

You can start categorizing the newly downloaded transactions in the Transactions page. Then, you can prepare your tax return and documents for the upcoming tax season.
