This issue usually arises from a corrupted version of the D3DCompiler_47.dll file associated with the latest QuickBooks Desktop update.
To resolve this, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Next, open Task Manager and end any QuickBooks-related tasks before proceeding.
Navigate to the installation folder at C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 2024. Once there, locate D3DCompiler_47.dll and rename it to D3DCompiler_47.dll.old.
Now, you need to replace it with a fresh version. Go to C:\Windows\System32, find the D3DCompiler_47.dll file, copy it, and paste it back into your QuickBooks folder at C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 2024.
