WHEN SAVING QUOTE OR INVOICE THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED:
"The string did not match the expected pattern."
ISSUE: SIGNED INTO MULTIPLE QBO ACCOUNTS AT THE SAME TIME
RESOLUTION: OPEN SECOND TAB, SIGN INTO CORRECT ACCOUNT - THEN SAVE
STEPS - SEE BELOW:
1. OPEN NEW TAB OR WINDOW IN SAME BROWSER AND LOGIN TO QBO ACCOUNT
2. CLICK GEAR ICON > SIGN OUT
3. SIGN BACK INTO CORRECT QBO ACCOUNT
4. RETURN TO ORIGINAL TAB AND SAVE QUOTE (OR INVOICE)
5. YOU SHOULD NOW BE ABLE TO SAVE AND CONTINUE.
