Find mileage data for self-employed account

Hello everyone,

I was using Quickbooks Selfemployed for tracking mileage last year, but after the trial ended, I stopped using it. However, I do need to access that data again but Quickbooks won't let me as I'm not on a subscription any more.

Is there any way to access the data without getting a selfemployed subscription?

Find mileage data for self-employed account

Hi Muhammad S,

Welcome to the community! I know how important it is to able to access previous information. QuickBooks self-employed hang on to your data for 365 days after your trial expires. I'd be happy to share more on this.

If you cancel your account within 365days, you can pick up where you left by reactivating the account. After that range, all data gets deleted. There's no way to access the data in an inactive account. If you exported your file before the expiration date of your trial account, you can refer to that for the information that you need.

For more about this topic, here's an article: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription

I hope this helps to clarify things for you. Let me know if you have other questions.
