- Login to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
- Click the blue icon with the first letter of your name.

- Select Manage your Intuit Account, then click Profile.
- Enter the required information, especially your Name.

- Click the blue icon with the first letter of your name again, select QuickBooks Online, and then click Continue.

- Login again to your Accountant account.

- To your QBOA account.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click Help.
- Select Contact Us.

- Then state your concern on the box, and click Continue.

- Choose either the Chat or Callback options.
