Does your bank provide a portal with 2FA security protocol?
Hi hamed1,
Welcome to Community! Your banking is a vital part of your business and it's important that you're able to upload your transactions with confidence. QuickBooks Online is designed to provide valuable features to make sure you're on track with your work. I'd be happy provide some insight here!
If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser. I also suggest trying other browsers such as, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome or Edge. If you're still not able to upload your transactions, here's what to do if you get a bank error.
You can also upload the transactions manually in times like this, to ensure your books are accurate and up to date. It's best to make note of the last transaction that was updated in your account prior to doing the manual upload process, to prevent duplicate transactions. You'll find the steps here.
If the issue persists, please contact us. We'd be happy to work with you in real time and gather the necessary information to look into this from our end.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
Please don't hesitate to ask any other questions. We'd be glad to help!
