Hi Sakshi,
Welcome to the Community forum! I'm here to help you get the assistance you need.
To clarify, are you trying to download a credit card statement in PDF format from QuickBooks Online (QBO), or from your financial institution’s website?
Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't offer an option to download credit card statements as PDF. However, you can export your bank register to Excel.
Here’s how:
- In the left menu, select All Apps.
- Choose Accounting, then click Chart of accounts.
- Find your credit card account and click Account History under the Action column.
- Use the Filter icon to set your desired filters, then select Apply.
- Once done, click the Export icon (located next to the print icon in the upper-right corner).
However, if you’re trying to download a credit card statement from your financial institution’s website, I recommend contacting your bank for guidance on downloading the statement as a PDF.
