Hi there, I can provide some information to help in retrieving the 2024 T4 slips and the T4 summary.
I understand you didn't find your T4 forms , please double check the Archive icon under Filing tab. This is where old form is being stored for a year or two.
If you've already looked there and still can't find them, I recommend contacting our Payroll Live Support team. They have the tools to access past years' T4 forms, as long as they've been moved to the archive.
Here's how:
1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
2. Go to the Assistant tab.
3. Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
4. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
5. Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.
If the forms haven’t been moved to the archive, retrieval will not be possible. As an alternative, you can use a blank T4 form and manually enter the details using the payroll reports (from 2024) to ensure the information is accurate.
