How can I get Receipt Snap to work properly? It says the Receipt has been saved but it does not appear in the list.

Receipt Snap stopped working recently. I can capture a receipt and the app says it is being saved but the receipts don't appear in the list.

Have you encountered any error messages while accessing the receipts page? Knowing this will help me diagnose the issue and offer tailored solutions.

 

In the meantime, you can reset your app's data and refresh its settings to improve performance.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Open the Menu icon, scroll down, and select the Intuit Account & Settings icon.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh Now.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Open the Menu icon, then tap More Options.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes to confirm.

 

After the refresh, restart your mobile phone and check if the issue persists. If it does, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
