@belairandsons. You’ll need to update your billing information first to reactivate your payroll account and use the service.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Subscriptions and Billing.
- Select Resubscribe for payroll.
- Review subscription summary, then enter your payment info and payment method.
- Once done, select Resubscribe.
If the issue persists, you can contact our
Live Payroll Support team to further check why you’re unable to reset your account despite your ticket being successful.
