Good to see you here. You can customize your invoice template to add your PST and GST numbers, mjb8.
Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear or Settings icon in the top-right corner and choose Custom form styles.
- Find the current template you're using, then click Edit. You can also click New style, then select Invoice.
- Proceed to the Content tab, and then click the Pencil icon in the bottom section.
- Scroll down to the Message to customer on section. Then, manually type in your registration numbers in the field just below it. Make sure they're clearly labeling each one. For example: GST/HST Reg. No.: 12345 6789 RT0001 | PST (BC) Reg. No.: PST-1234-5678.
- Click Done.
