Can you confirm if you're trying to download the app on your new device? If so, follow these steps on how to download it:
- Open the App Store on your device and search for QuickBooks Online.
- Select Free, then choose Install.
- If you are already signed up for QuickBooks Online, use the same user ID and password to sign in to the app.
- Enter a one-time code if prompted to confirm your identity. Then, you can continue into your account.
