You'll want to double-check the setup of your product and service items to ensure the tax rate didn't accidentally gelt altered or cleared out.
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Products & services.
- Look for the item, then click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Sales section, then review the tax rate selected in the Sales tax drop-down.
- Make the necessary changes and hit Save.
If everything looks correct there, create your invoices using an incognito window or another browser to further isolate the issue. Old cache data can sometimes get corrupted, causing unexpected behaviors and errors.
