How do you receive the list of memorized transactions

I'm glad you've been making the most of your QuickBooks Online subscription by using the recurring or memorized transactions feature. This feature allows you to create templates that automatically record sales and expense transactions that you regularly use. I know how important it is to be able to view all of these transactions in a list format, so let me show you how.
To simply manage your recurring transactions, you can navigate to the Gear icon and choose Recurring Transactions under Lists. You'll see all of your recurring transactions and can choose the one you want to manage. You can also run a Recurring Template List report which will show you all of your recurring transactions in one place and the accounts that they're linked to on your Chart of Accounts. Here's how to run a Recurring Transactions Template report:
Navigate to the Reports menu on the left.
Use the search field to find and open the Recurring Template List report.
Click Customize to customize the report.
Select to expand the Filter section.
Choose the checkbox for Distribution Account, and select specific accounts if necessary from the dropdown.
