When using QuickBooks to process payments, transaction fees apply based on the payment method. For credit cards and digital wallets, the fee is 2.99% per transaction. ACH bank payments incur a fee of 1%, while payments made through card readers are charged at 2.5%. Keyed-in card transactions have the highest fee at 3.5%.
