When working with QuickBooks Self-Employed, our goal is to keep you up to date with your business figures and transactions. For that reason, features like the banking feed in the Transactions section are designed to automatically update daily when you have transactions. Since you haven't seen any transactions from the bank for the past 2 days, the first thing you'll want to check on is whether there were any transactions actually posted to your bank account. While the feed is set to update daily, if there are no new transactions to bring in, the program won't have any new data to show you. Log into your bank's website to verify if there is new information that you should be seeing in QuickBooks Self-Employed's feed.

 

If there is, the next course of action is to begin troubleshooting QuickBooks. Taking steps like clearing cache or using a private browser are helpful to ensure the cloud is effectively communicating with the program and features like the bank feed are able to work properly.
