Hello, Gail. You can import your daily sales into QuickBooks Online (QBO) by using a CSV file to import either Sales Receipts or Invoices. Be sure to use the sample file provided in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Import Data.
- Choose either Invoices or Sales Receipts.
- Download the sample file to see the required format. Next, select Upload your CSV file. Then, either drag and drop or Browse to select your file. Click Next.
- Follow the onscreen steps to map the columns in your file to the correct fields in QBO. Once complete, hit Next.
