Based on the information you've provided, I suggest taking a look in your Chart of Accounts to ensure the associated accounts are active. Here's how:
1. From the Gear in the top right, select Chart of Accounts
2. Click on the small Gear above the Action column and check the box to Include inactive
3. Return to your Accountant Tools and proceed with reclassifying your transactions
