i am logged in. i want to enter a new transaction. i click new. the screen turns grey and is frozen. cleared the cache tried different browsers and in private session.

i am traveling and not in my home country but i do have 2fa and security key so its not an authentication issue. i am in the company. just unable to DO anything

Since you’ve already attempted troubleshooting your browser but are still unable to take any actions in QuickBooks Online, we recommend using the QuickBooks Online Test Drive to contact our Live Support team. They have the necessary tools to assist you further with this issue.
 
You can access the Test Drive here: QuickBooks Online Test Drive. To try it out, either sign out of your Intuit account or open the link in an incognito or private browser window. Otherwise, you’ll be prompted to log in.
 
Once in the Test Drive, you can follow these steps to contact Live Support:
 
  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Search and open any article.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Describe your concern and select Continue.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
