Let's start by verifying your company's contact information in your Accounts and settings. Additionally, ensure your invoice template is also set to display your phone number.
Here's how:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
- Navigate to the Company tab.
- Locate the Contact info section, and either add or update your phone number.
- Once done, click Save, and then Done.

Once done, customize your invoice template to ensure the phone number is displayed.
Here's how:
- Go back to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
- Find your invoice template, then click Edit under the Action column.
- Go to the Content tab and click on the header section of the invoice preview.
- Make sure the phone number field is checked and appears on the template.
- Finally, hit Done to save your updates.

To ensure everything looks great, open an invoice and click Print or Preview to confirm that your phone number is visible.
