Hi, @billings1. Can you confirm whether these cards appear in the list when you search during the connection process? Do you receive an error message when linking?
If they appear but won’t connect, check with your bank if there's any ongoing maintenance. If they don't appear, QuickBooks does not support direct connections for those cards. If this is the case, you can follow step 3 in this article to request that QuickBooks add support for your bank.
In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online to categorize them to the correct account.
