Hi, shelleyg. Yes, the New window option is still available in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). You can easily locate this by going through the Accountant tools.
Here’s how:
- Open your QBOA account.
- In the upper center of your Dashboard, Select Accountant tools.
- Once opened, select the New window option.
If you still can't see the option, I recommend accessing your account in incognito or trying a different supported browser to check if the issue is a temporary browser problem. This will help determine if any settings, stored information, or browser plugins are blocking the option from showing up.
