Since you have already closed your business, you can easily
cancel your account through the
Subscription and billing page. This way you won’t be billed going forward.
Here’s how:
- Sign in as the Primary Admin.
- Click the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
- In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel.
- Follow the prompts and select Continue to cancel to complete the process.
You’ll have read-only access to your data for a full year. I recommend exporting your reports so they can be used in the future.
