Existing customers can use their current tags but can’t create new ones, while customers who haven’t used tags will no longer see this option. You can migrate tags to custom fields for tracking and reporting purposes.

Here's how:
- Go to Settings and select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
