You will need to contact our support team to undo your first goods and services tax reconciliation. They have the tools needed to safely reverse a completed reconciliation and help get your accounts back on track.
- Select the help icon in QuickBooks.
- Go to the assistant tab.
- Enter "contact a human" and follow the prompts until you see the option to connect.
