Thanks for joining us here, Sava. ProAdvisor points can be viewed in the ProAdvisor menu of your QuickBooks Online Accountant account. This is separate from your ProAdvisor profile.
To see your current ProAdvisor tier, points, and certifications, go to the ProAdvisor menu.
Here's how:
1. Hover your mouse to ProAdvisor menu.
2. Then select Benefits.
3. By scrolling down, you'll see your points, tier and certifications acquired.
Please note that certifications or ProAdvisor points, can take up to an hour to appear in your account. If the updates don’t show after this time, try refreshing your account by logging out and logging back in. This can display latest changes and updates.
