I sent up payments and can't find the link to create a payment link. I need this to take credit cards on my website. I am switching from Stripe.

I checked forumns and google and there is a video showing how to set up payment links (both one time and recurring) which seems very straight forward...except that I don't have the "create payment link" option. I cleared my cache and re-logged in after setting up my Payment Account for credit cards.

We recognize your patronage towards our QuickBooks products, Ania4.

Please know that the Payment link feature is only available in the US version of QuickBooks. However, a Pay Now button will appear on invoices sent to customers if online payment options are enabled and set up.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon ⚙, then choose Account and Settings

2. Select Sales from the left menu.

3. Go to the Online delivery section, then click on the Edit

4. Choose Online invoice under the Additional email options for invoices ▼ dropdown menu.

5. Click Save, then Done.

It's also important to note that QBO Payments only accepts Canadian payment methods.  When invoicing customers with foreign currency, the Pay Now button won't be available.

The Community team is here to assist with additional questions you have about the QBO Payment feature.
