First, let's close the QuickBooks mobile application by swiping it to remove it and ensure it is not running in the background.

 

Next, reopen the application and check if you can preview or export invoices. If you encounter the same issues, let's refresh the data application.

 

Follow the steps below:

 

For iOS:

 

1. Go to the Settings, then tap the General.
2. Click the iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Select the Offload App.

 

This will free up storage space without removing your app's documents and data.

2. Select the Settings, then press on the Refresh Data.
