I've posted in the QB Community, received a response and now I can not post a reply to it. The response is not adequate. The "post a reply" button does not work?

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you can successfully reply to the forum using an incognito, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will remove outdated or corrupted internet files that may be causing issues while browsing.
