I was supposed to receive a call.

Hi there aastax,


Thank you for being a member of the QuickBooks Family. I know that it's important to hear back from support when you're relying on us to help get you back to business. Luckily there are a lot of ways to get in touch to ensure that you get the help you need. Reaching out here in the Community was a great step and I'm happy to point you in the right direction.


If you've scheduled a callback, I encourage you to submit another request. Our lines are open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. You can use the same steps to chat with a live agent. Here's how you can schedule another callback:


  1. Click (?) Help in the upper right.
  2. Type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Explain your situation.
  5. Click Let's Talk.
  6. Choose Get a callback


If you'd like to reach out directly by phone, you can call us at 1-855-253-1536 within the same hours as I mentioned above. If you've been expecting a call from a supervisor, calling the main support line will enable an agent to put in another request if they're unable to troubleshoot your issue.
