Hi, Angelica. You actually have 3 attempts to take the QuickBooks Online Certification exam. Therefore, there's no need to request for a manual reset as you still have remaining one attempt to use to pass the exam.
If the third attempt fails, you’ll be locked out of the exam for 30 days. This gives you time to review and study the training guide and improve on the specific areas where you struggled during your initial tries. Once the 30-day lock-out period passes, your access will reset, providing you with three additional attempts to take the full recertification exam again.
