I would like to transfert my client list from another QB account to my new one. Is it possible without doing an Export-Import from both ?

Thanks for being such an important part of the QuickBooks family! The system is designed to provide a seamless experience, allowing you to easily manage your data. It sounds like you already know how to transfer your client list, as the easiest way to move this information over is by exporting an Excel file. I'll be happy to help get this started. 

 

Exporting data from one QuickBooks account just takes a few simple steps:

  1. Click on the Gear icon then select Export Data.
  2. Deselect all Reports, and every List except Customers.
  3. Click Export to Excel.

Once the file is exported, open it in your favourite spreadsheet software to make sure there's only one row for the header. You'll be able to import this into the other account in just a couple steps:

  1. Click on the Gear icon then select Import Data.
  2. Choose Customers, then follow the steps to import the file.

With this, you're all set to have the customer list in both accounts. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
