In the meantime, you can monitor the status of your payment by following these steps:
Navigate to Gear icon>select the Resolution centre under Tools> then the Payments tab.
Please ensure all documentation is complete. If any items are flagged as missing, address them immediately to prevent further delays. It is also a good idea to check your email, including spam and junk folders, for any updates from QuickBooks.
If the matter remains unresolved after following the steps above, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Live Support team. They can access your account details to determine exactly why the hold is still in place.
