Import custom form styles sandbox. I am getting 404 error

I want to make sure you can import your custom form styles without any issues. I'd be happy to help you resolve this.

 

Custom form styles are a great way to get creative and reflect your branding in a fun way! It's important that you're given some creative freedom within the QuickBooks environment. 

 

Error 404 is a browser-related error message. I recommend clearing the cache and cookies in your browser. These are the stored Internet files that can build up over time, causing bugs in QuickBooks Online and other sites. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

 

If you're still running into Error 404, try using an Incognito window. This is a private browsing mode that runs separately from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in private.

 

You can also try using a different browser all together.
