JE VEUX ENREGISTRER UN COMPTE A PAYER

Bonjour Catherine. Nous pouvons créer une transaction de type « Facture à payer » (Bill) pour enregistrer vos comptes fournisseurs dans QuickBooks Online.  

Voici comment faire :  

1. Cliquez sur le bouton + Nouveau dans la barre de navigation en haut à gauche.  
2. Sous la colonne Fournisseurs, sélectionnez Facture à payer.  
3. Choisissez un fournisseur existant ou créez-en un nouveau.  
4. Saisissez les Conditions, la Date, l'Article, la Catégorie, le Montant, la Taxe de vente et tout autre champ souhaité (par exemple, « Honoraires juridiques et professionnels » ou « Loyer »).  
5. Saisissez le montant total de la facture.  
6. Cliquez sur Enregistrer et fermer ou Enregistrer et nouveau. QBO créditera automatiquement vos comptes fournisseurs et débitera votre compte de charges.
