The Licence # and Product# that Intuit sent me is not accepted when ask for it

Make sure you download the correct installer version. If you purchased the license of QuickBooks CA, you have to download the same version as well.
Open a dummy file or sample one. Press f2 and a popup of your product info will be appeared. Another option, login to your CAMPS and find the license number.
