Message an agent

Hello yohanates10,

Thanks for reaching out! I hope you've been able to connect with an agent since you posted this over the weekend. In case you haven't, I'll show you how to get in touch with someone from our QuickBooks Self-Employed team.

It's pretty easy and you can do so directly from your account. Here's how.

Connect with an agent while logged in through a browser

  1. Click Assistant in the upper right of the account.
  2. Type "talk to human" to speak with an agent.

Connect with an agent while logged into the app

  1. Tap the Assistant symbol (looks like a bubble).
  2. Type "talk to human" to speak with an agent.

If you're unable to log into your account for some reason, we do have one more way you can reach an agent. Visit our Contact Us page, choose QuickBooks Self-Employed as the product, and then fill out the email form. Someone will be in touch as soon as possible.

That should get you on your way. Have a great week!

Hi there,

To speak to an agent for assistance with QuickBooks Self-Employed, follow the steps listed above by my colleague LauraAB.

If you're having difficulty loading your data in the web browser version of the program, ensure you're using the Self-Employed site as opposed to the QBO site. Here's where you'll want to log in: https://ca.selfemployed.intuit.com/login.

Another great step to try is to clear the cache and cookies in your browser. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? Stored Internet files can cause bugs or latency in sites like QuickBooks.

You can also try using Incognito in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. Here's how: Browse in private.

Also, try using a different browser all together. The issue may be specific to the one you've chosen to use.

I hope this helps get you back on track.

Have a great day!

Hi there. Thanks for joining the thread and bringing this to our attention. Not being able to login or print a report can put a dent in your work day. I want to make sure you're pointed in the right direction for help with this so you can get back on track.

Since you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed, I'd encourage you to reach out to our designated Self-Employed team for help. This group of agents specialize in QuickBooks Self-Employed, and they'll be able to get this sorted out for you in no time. Here's how to reach them: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed. Make sure you're selecting QuickBooks Self-Employed from the product selection menu to bring up the email form.

Cheers.
