Are you able to sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account normally, or are you seeing an error message?
First, ensure your internet connection is stable and open your browser in an Incognito or Private window to clear any cache issues. Once there, verify you are using the correct email address to sign in.
If you can get into your QBO account, go to the Help (?) icon at the top right and select the Search tab. Enter a brief description of your concern and click Contact Us. Then choose either Callback or Chat to connect with our team.
