My invoice email is not being received in my client's email inbox. Are there certain types of email addresses that QuickBooks can't deal with? (like ...@nb.aibn.com)

My invoice email is not being received in my client's email inbox. Are there certain types of email addresses that QuickBooks can't deal with? (like ...@nb.aibn.com)

You can have your client check their junk or spam folders and search for do_not_reply@intuit.com, Neil.

 

If they see one of the emails from Intuit, have them right-click the email, then select This is not spam or Not Junk.

 

To ensure your client's always receive invoices, alerts, and other essential notifications from QuickBooks, they'll need to unblock or add our service email address, do_not_reply@ca.selfemployed.intuit.com (specific to the QBSE product), as a safe sender in their email accounts.

If their preferred email provider isn’t listed here, they can contact their email service provider directly for information on how to unblock or add Intuit service email addresses to their allowlist.
